Who we are. Nellum Partners (the website nellumpartners.com), based in Auckland, New Zealand.
What we collect.
- Contact details you give us when you book a conversation or send a message (name, email, and anything you choose to tell us).
- Your Business Health Check answers and results, with your first name and email, if you take the Business Health Check.
- Basic website usage information (pages visited, device and browser type) through analytics, if switched on.
Why we use it. To reply to you, to run the Business Health Check and show you your results, to prepare for a conversation you have asked for, and to keep our website working. We do not sell your information.
Marketing. We will only send you marketing email if you tell us you want it.
Who sees it. Nellum Partners and the service providers that run our website, booking, forms and email (currently HubSpot and our website host). Those providers may store information outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it. Business Health Check answers and contact records for as long as needed for the purposes above, then deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Contact us through the form on the Book a conversation page.
Where the law applies. We handle personal information in line with the privacy laws that apply to us, including New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020. If you are in Australia, the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights, and we will honour them.
Changes. We will update this page if we change how we handle your information.
