A loss-making commercial division at a large Auckland property-management business went back to profit. She restructured it, tightened governance and financial controls, and rebuilt accountability.
Revived struggling shopping centres
She has worked across New Zealand to turn tired, underperforming centres into places that trade properly again.
Helped a client pass $1 million in revenue
Within five months of putting the right systems in place, a client business grew its revenue beyond $1 million.
